QEST Platform 4.70

Spectra QEST is proud to announce the release of QEST Platform 4.70. This release highlights Spectra QEST's ongoing commitment to providing the most comprehensive and up to date construction materials testing product suite to our customers.

Updated Soil and Aggregate Test Methods

The release features updates to many key soil and aggregate test methods used in the Australian marketplace. Spectra QEST maintains the calculations and reporting requirements for tests key to our customers' business utilising a collaborative approach on design and verification of the test worksheets.

As part of Spectra QEST's agile development methodology, these updated worksheets have been developed in conjunction with key industry stakeholders providing feedback on pre-release versions of the product in a continuous loop. This ensures the highest quality and use case coverage of any CMT LIMS product on the market today.

For a full list of test updates please refer to the release notes.

QESTLab Performance Improvements
Performance improvements in QESTLab's method of loading documents (such as equipment and tests) in the right hand content pane have been implemented at very low levels in the code base. This means that all customers should see improved performance in QESTLab from the previous QEST Platform version.

Internal testing has found that, when compared with the previous version of QEST Platform, load times of QESTLab documents such as concrete samples and aggregate/soil tests were lowered significantly. On average reductions of load times of approximately 30% to 60% were observed.

Availability and Purchase
Customers under a valid maintenance agreement are entitled to access to updates to our software. To request an upgrade package please ask your QEST Platform administrator to request an upgrade via our Service Desk Portal.

New customers, please contact the Spectra QEST Sales team to purchase the most comprehensive CMT LIMS package on the market today.
