Spectra QEST offers product support to its customers via an online Service Desk Portal and Help Center.
The Spectra QEST Help Center is available to all customers covered by a maintenance agreement. It contains QEST Platform online knowledge base articles and provides customers with access to Spectra QEST staff including engineers and implementation team members for submission of inquires related to the QEST Platform.
The QEST Platform Online Resources page is a documentation space that includes support manuals, service desk user guides, and release notes from QEST Platform version 4.5 onwards.
If you are an existing customer and do not have a log in for the Spectra QEST Help Center or the QEST Platform Online Resources page, please contact your Customer Manager to request one.
